Do I need to pay to design harnesses?

No! Design is completely free. You only pay when you place an order for manufacturing.

What connectors are available in the library?

We maintain a growing library of common connectors used in robotics, aerospace, EV, and drone applications. If you need a connector that's not in our library, contact us and we can add it.

Can I export my designs?

While our primary focus is on manufacturing through our platform, you can view and download factory-ready documentation including pinout diagrams, wire lists, and BOMs.

How long does manufacturing take?

Lead times vary based on complexity and quantity, typically ranging from 1-3 weeks. You'll see an estimated lead time when you place your order.

What's included in the factory pack?

The factory pack includes harness overview, connector pinout diagrams, wire list, BOM, bundle instructions, build notes, and connector images. Everything needed for zero-ambiguity manufacturing.

Can I order multiple harnesses at once?

Yes! You can order any quantity. We'll show you MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity) and volume pricing when available.

What if I need to modify my design after ordering?

You can create a new revision of your project at any time. Each revision maintains version history, so you can iterate freely.

Do you support custom connectors?

Yes! Contact us to add custom connectors to your account. We can help with pin dot placement and connector specifications.
